About Me
Hiii! We are a small family of 3 based on West Meadows Cramlington. Dad works shift patterns, Mam works evenings at the hospital and Dora is in full time main stream school in the local area but we are debating on schooling. Therefore currently we just need support during Dads back shifts at the moment.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in children of additional needs e.g Autism and has that Sen experience. Dora does best with 1 to 1, if you can look after her within our home when needed or if you have your own childminding at your home we can discuss on this too. We look at building a bond and trust relationship with someone first as Dora is a special little girl with very unique needs compare to normal children. You will need to be ok with nappy changing and allowing her to be independent in what she is comfortable doing and take the steps slow at a time to not over stimulate her. If we decide to go on the route of home education we will want someone who can support us with this once or twice a week by having her during 9am-3pm and be able to take her out to places to learn outside of the home/classroom.
