About Me
Hi! My partner and I live in central Southampton with our 5 year old son. We both work full time, so we're looking for someone to help with our son after school and in the school holidays.
We are a neurodivergent house, so we're looking for someone with experience with SEN, who is neuroaffirming. Our son is autistic with a PDA profile, he is very funny and smart, and there are strategies that definitely work better for him. Ideally you'll have had experience with PDA kids, or you'll be open to working together on how we look after him.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone to help during term time:
1. A few after school periods a week (the days can be flexible).
2. Ad-hoc evening babysitting if we have evening plans (usually no more than twice a month).
And outside of term time:
1. School holidays. We have enough holiday between us to cover some of the holiday breaks but we will need support over the summer. We are working on a spreadsheet to map this out, but we can be flexible with your availability.
