About Me
Hi, I'm Norland educated, qualified and experienced with all ages of children 0-18 years. Initially working in day nurseries and primary school level, since having my own family of 6 children I then worked predominately with teenagers, both in youth justice and further education. I have experience of home educating two of my children, as well as personal and professional experience of additional needs. I run a part time business with very flexible hours alongside some current nannying work so am looking for additional childcare work. I am available during the day, occasional evening babysitting and for additional support as required, either for advice or physical care.

I have worked for several years in day nursery settings with children aged 0-5 years and a mainstream school, with children with additional needs.
11 years in criminal justice including 5 in youth justice
5 years working in further education (16-19) in additional learning support and lecturing
Mum of 6 aged 11-30 years, grandmother of 2.
Personal and professional experience of additional needs including ASD, speech delay amd disorders, moderate learning difficultues, SEMH.
Experienced home educator with extensive knowledge of learning styles.
