Hello, my name is Georgina, and I am a 21-year-old third-year Marketing student at Oxford Brookes University. With only two modules this semester, I have ample free time during the week, which I would love to dedicate to supporting families in any way I can. My Experience
In the summer of 2024, I spent 12 weeks working at an American summer camp, where I cared for children aged 7 to 16. I was responsible for a cabin of eight children, ensuring they were happy, engaged, and well-supported. I organised various activities and provided comfort during challenging moments, such as homesickness. Having worked with a diverse group of children from different backgrounds, I developed strong adaptability and flexibility in my approach to childcare. I’ve also babysat for a family where both parents were working from home, caring for their two-year-old and four-year-old. I really enjoyed spending time with them, taking them to the park, preparing lunch, and playing various games to keep them entertained.
My Qualifications
I have 9 GCSE’s, 3 A Levels and have almost completed my degree in Marketing.
My Availability
My lectures are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with Wednesdays only running from 11 AM to 1 PM, so I’m available for the rest of the day. I’m free at any other time during the week and can help whenever needed.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £11.00 per hour
I also work in hospitality through an agency, which allows me to take on shifts whenever I have availability. In that role, I earn £12 an hour, so I’m comfortable with a rate of £10 or more per hour for childcare.
