I am currently studying Biomedical Sciences. I am completely flexible as I believe everybody has a different learning style, whether it be active recall or past paper questions. -Usually, lessons will be around an hour long. -I tutored during secondary school and at GCSE I achieved: A 7 in Higher Maths, 7-7 in Combined Science and two 8s in English Lit + Lang. I did A-levels in Biology, Chemistry and Spanish and achieved ABB
My Experience
Tutoring younger kids has been both challenging and rewarding. Keeping them engaged and focused requires patience and creativity, as their attention spans can be short. Explaining complex concepts in a simple, relatable way has pushed me to think outside the box and adapt my teaching approach. However, these challenges have helped me grow—I've learned to be more flexible, improve my communication skills, and develop problem-solving strategies. Seeing their progress and confidence grow has made the experience incredibly fulfilling.
