About Me
I am a qualified Primary Teacher with a particular passion for personalised learning through engaging and meaningful teaching. I have taught across the age ranges, from Reception to Year 6 in both mainstream and independent schools. My main ambition is to inspire all children, as this is an integral part of teaching, with a commitment to young children and a passion for their learning and development. I strive to ensure success amongst my students and encourage them to fulfil their potential whilst accounting for their individual learning needs through personalised and creative learning.
My Experience
I have taught across the age ranges, from Reception to Year 6, since 2018 in both mainstream and independent schools. Alongside my class teacher role, I also spent three years leading science. My desire and interest in the English Language led me to complete my undergraduate degree in English Language and Linguistics, my degree and my passion has proved to be extremely relevant with regard to the classroom and the teaching profession, especially teaching children who may not speak English as their first language.
