Lorraine looks after my two young daughters (aged 2 and 10 months) three days a week whilst I work. My older daughter has sensory issues and social developmental delays. Lorraine has done so much to help support my daughter, including attending specialist appointments with me so I don’t have to go alone, writing supporting documents for any additional help I’ve needed, putting herself through a speech therapy course and purchasing numerous sensory toys to support my daughters development. Lorraine treats my children like family and I trust her entirely. My girls have developed an amazing bond with Lorraine and I wouldn’t have them with anyone else now.
