About Me

I am a single mama living in Hove with my daughter Angel who is 4, she starts school in September and prior to looking for a childminder has been attending Hove Village nursery since she was 14 months old.
Angel is a happy little girl, but also sensitive and emotional.
She has bundles of energy and extremely loving. She has a great sense of humour and will go out of her way to make people laugh. She is very caring towards the adults and children she cares about.
She can become quite overwhelmed at times in big groups and prefers smaller group play, playing alone or with slightly older children. However she has formed good bonds with all of her peers at the time she has spent at Hove Village.
She is very sociable and like a lot of children does like to be centre of people’s worlds, however is good at waiting her turn if asked etc.
Angel is very creative, she loves to draw, paint, colour and has a fab imagination.
Angel has seen a speech and language therapist on a couple of occasions as her speech was a little bit slow coming, however this has come on leaps and bounds and she is not currently open to them now.
Angel has been on a SEN plan for nursery the the Senco there was Angels KW for the last 9 months or so and they built great attachments.
I am being supported by family support worker via community hubs at present as I am a single parent, just to support me with some challenges around difficult behaviours.
I will continue to monitor Angels development over the next 6 months between now and starting school. I am looking for Angel to be supported by the SENCO during her time at school.
Angel has a strong mind and knows it well. She has a big personality and is a strong character but warm and chatty and loving.
