Our daughter Isla will be 1 year old in October 2025 when I will be returning to work 4 days a week.
My Requirements
My husband and I both work full time but we’re looking to move to 4 day weeks so that we can look after our daughter one day each. We’ll need a childminder or a nanny to look after Isla 3 or 4 days a week, full days. I’m assuming 4 days currently as we haven’t negotiated anything with our employers yet. I can be flexible on the day we have Isla ourselves but ideally it would be Friday.
