About Me
We are a friendly couple, originally from Mauritius and Scotland, currently residing in London. Without family nearby, we are eager to find a permanent nanny to provide long-term care for our little one. We are professionals with busy schedules, and want the best for our little one.
My Requirements
Our daughter is currently 5 months old, and we are looking for someone who will support her development and guide her through her milestones. Both my husband and I are avid readers, so we would love to have a caregiver who will read to her from an early age, as well as engage her through play, encouraging conversations, singing, and creative activities.
We prioritize a screen-free environment for our daughter, so if you tend to spend a lot of time on your phone, this position may not be the right fit for you.
This will be a full-time job, approximately 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday. We are open to either a live-in nanny (who would live out on the weekends) or a live-out nanny.
The responsibilities will include:
Engaging in encouraging conversations, singing, and creative play
Taking her for walks, to parks, and to group play activities
Preparing her meals when she begins eating solids
Assisting with potty training when she reaches the appropriate age
Washing her bottles
Laundering and ironing her clothes
