Hello! I hold a genuine AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) diploma and have over five years of experience working in Montessori environments in China. I am currently working as a Teaching Assistant in both nursery and school settings in the UK.
In addition to my early years experience, I also teach Mandarin to international students, both online and in person. My Experience
I have over five years of experience working in Montessori environments in China, where I supported children aged 2–6 in their development using the AMI approach. My work focused on fostering independence, concentration, and a love of learning through hands-on activities and a calm, respectful atmosphere.
Since moving to the UK, I have been working as a Teaching Assistant in both nursery and primary school settings, gaining experience in supporting children across a range of ages and needs.
Alongside this, I also teach Mandarin to children and adults, both online and face-to-face. My lessons are interactive and tailored to each learner’s level, with a focus on real-life communication.
My Qualifications
I hold an AMI 2.5–6 diploma, CELTA, and a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (EYE). With a strong foundation in Montessori education, English language teaching, and early years development, I am passionate about supporting children’s learning through a calm, engaging, and child-led approach.
