Mother to 4 once this baby comes in September, lead quite a busy life and we have a lot going on, but I still like to be a hands on parent. Just looking for help so we can maintain a good balance for everyone.
My Requirements
Currently looking for a night nanny who can do weekends and help with sleep training, but I really need someone who will work with me so things can be as comfortable as possible. We also have a night nanny who will be working throughout the week, so ideally somebody who can take over and maintain the routine our other nanny has in place.
