She is very well-spoken, which has greatly influenced Zoe's language development. She communicates effectively with both children and parents and keeps parents informed with regular updates.

She is very supportive in areas of child development, such as potty training. She provides a positive and encouraging environment, which has helped Zoe develop.

In addition to this, Jen has been incredibly supportive during a difficult time in our family. When Zoe's father passed away, she was there to support her and help her celebrate special occasions like my birthday and Mother's Day - things that my partner would have done. I am grateful for her kindness and support during this time.
