Wonderful staff

My daughter has attended Boys and Girls Nursery Watford since she was 18 months and is about to leave to start school reception. The staff at the nursery are truly fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone who works there is always cheerful, welcoming and full of energy and enthusiasm.
So much effort goes into providing a wealth of stimulating, fun and exciting activities at all times and the staff are great at interacting with the children.
Healthy, tasty meals are made on site by their wonderful cook. My daughter eats so well there.
The outside space is small but they make fantastic use of it and the children play outside regularly throughout the day.
My daughter was slow to take to potty training and I started to think maybe we should start putting a bit of pressure on her to start but the staff were very relaxed about it and more than happy to take things at her pace and reassured me. It would have been far more convenient for them for her to be out of nappies quicker but her needs always came first. Sure enough she got there happily herself in the end without any trauma. That's just one example of how the nursery always puts the child first.

Great nursery

I have had 2 children at Boys & Girls Watford over the last 7 years & have been very pleased with the care they give. It is now 3 weeks till my daughter leaves the nursery & we have to say goodbye, already feeling emotional!
They have always been reassuring if my children had a wobble at drop off, the staff are very friendly & smiling all the time. The activities they do are varied & far better than any we do at home, letting the children have fun whilst learning at the same time.

A great nursery

Boys and Girls Nursery Watford have been a great nursery for my little girl. The transition from at home mummy to going back to work has been stress free with support and care Boys and Girls have provided for my daughter. My daughter bounds in every day exciting to see staff and children and she is developing into a lovely little girls with little added developmental stages that she has picked up at nursery. Some days she just doesn't want to come home.

Great Nursery

My son has been cared for by Stanmore Boys and Girls since he was around seven months old and he is now three!

It's an Excellent nursery, can't fault it. My son enjoys his time there and is well stimulated through fun activities, cooking, play, learning sessions, languages, dance etc, etc, etc.

You build up a good rapport with ALL the staff and they support any of your endeavours i.e potty training, learning numbers/letters, teeth brushing.
They are also open to any concerns one might have along the way and do the best to rectify any issues.

It's just a fab nursery, but my son leaves this year. His foundation years at Boys and Girls will be a great catalyst for his next stage of life when starting school.
