There aren't enough superlatives in the dictionary to describe how fabulous Honey's Childcare setting is! My daughter started going to Honey full time age 11 months (she is now nearly 2). We visited the setting, having seen a number of childminders and were blown away by her experience, professionalism, insight and the warm, safe and loving environment she had created for the children in her care. We knew then and there Honey was the childminder for us!

Our daughter has loved going to Honey's house ever since and often asks if she can go to 'Honey's House' on non childcare days. We have seen her development go from strength to strength under Honey's care. Honey takes the early years education of all children very seriously and she will always focus trips and visits (pre Covid-19) and activities to ensure children are able to learn in a fun, creative environment. Honey gives us photo updates after most sessions and written reports on our daughters development throughout the year. Honey has created a beautiful environment for the children. Kindness and friendship are at the heart of her practise which you can see by the way the other children and Honey's own family have my daughter with enthusiasm love and kindness.

Honey ensures nutrition and exercise are a key part of the children's development and cleverly uses food and fitness in really creative ways to ensure the children are active. She also takes great care to ensure the cultural backgrounds of the children are reflected in her resources and celebrates a range of cultural festivals including; Chinese New Year, Black History Month, Diwali, Christmas and many more. Honey has always been flexible and will bend over backwards to accommodate your childs needs. For example, during lockdown we taught our daughter some sign language, we shared this with Honey which she then incorporated into Etta's learning.

Safeguarding and health safety are of paramount importance at Honey's. She has created a Covid secure setting for the children whilst maintaining the warm home from home environment we fell in love with on our first visit. Which is why we felt more than confident sending our daughter back to Honey following lockdown.

Honey is an amazing childminder who is always striving to enrich her practise even more with additional training, new resources and being part of a childminder network. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

People often say 'you have the same amount of hours in the day as Beyoncé but' I now say 'you have the same number of hours activities in the day as Honey!' She's an actual superwomen!
