I am now using Smithfield House for my second child. My family had a great experience first time around so I had no hesitation in contacting them again. Even although seven years have past since we were last there, it was lovely to be greeted as if I had only been away a couple of weeks! That same family feel and warm welcome was still there, it was like a big warm hug! My daughter who is 2.5 years zoomed into the room and settled instantly. The staff really do their homework to make sure that they had activities that my daughter likes and could talk about her big brother, so everything seemed familiar to my daughter. My son was so ready for school when he left and I have no doubt that my daughter will experience the same. I would recommend this nursery to everyone, they are truly amazing! They have added an App since I was last there which is great. I can see what my daughter has been doing, what she has eaten etc and I can contact her key-worker during the day if I need too, AMAZING!!!
