I brought Emily in to help with my 4 month old and 18 month old, and still use her to date. She is a very caring, gentle, sensible and capable person, who creates a fantastic bond with children, and is very trustworthy and reliable.
Emily is a real pleasure to have around the house, is totally flexible and I have never seen her not be able to adapt to a situation that has been presented to her.
Emily is totally bomb-proof, easy going, but has a very steady manner about her which really is something to admire!
Overall
At risk I recommend Katie... because she currently works with me and my two monkies who are 6 months old and 20 months old.
Katie is an absolute gem... she has a great amount of experience working with children and is so patient and kind with little ones.. it really is lovely.
Katie is very keen and quick to learn adapt. She has a real work mentality and I guess probably more often than not puts everyone else's needs in front of her own.
Katie is also super professional and will ensure that she knows exactly what is expected of her and won't let you down.
On top of all that, she's a super lovely girl. I love having her around and my little ones do too! My six month old has a 'special smile' just for Katie and that is just how it should be.
Highly recommended for babysitting etc... but don't steal her because I need her too!!!

Overall
Well... 'everyone needs an Ailsa'..... that is if you are looking for someone who has a real empathy with children and will totally focus on them. Is super helpful and sympathetic to mum's challenges too... and also is a real pleasure to be around in the house.
Ailsa has looked after my little girl from day one and handles my 2 year old boy with the greatest of ease.. She is so capable around children but also really looks to understand how things are done in the home environment so that she can fit in around your routine.
Ailsa is totally trustworthy, is someone who would work over and above any challenge to make sure the little people and mum are okay.
A thousand thumbs up for Ailsa... but don't use her too much because we still need her too!!!
