I started working with Debbie October 2011 when my eldest daughter was 9 months old. I was very unsure of what to expect and anxious of leaving her with somebody that we didn't know. Debbie was the first childminder I met while I was looking and the only one. The first time I met her in her home and saw some of the other children that she looked after and how they reacted to her I knew instantly that this was the place for my baby. Its now 2016 and my eldest has started school but I have since given birth to two more children who both go to Debbie. In 2015 we moved to over 7 miles away and it would have been easier on both my husband and I to find a local childminder but that was never an option. You could not ask for a more dedicated, safe and caring childminder then Debbie. We have never had a single gripe or complaint about anything that Debbie does with our children. We recieve regular up dates and photos of their activites. Debbie regualrly takes the children to play groups the lickey hills and the local parks and duck ponds. Debbie also works towards the early learning targets and encourages the children to learn. Even if they are home all day there is a wide range of activities that they take part in. My middle child has food intolerances and Debbie is very aware of what he can and can not eat and deals with him accordingly. I also know Debbies family and assisstant and they are all lovely and again feel fully confident with the children being around them. They are generally distressed at leaving than they are at being left! My children love coming here (my son is a funny little boy and calls her "my Debbie"), and I can honestly say I am not looking forward to September 2018 when my youngest will be moving on and our time together comes to an end.
