Nicki has looked after my little one since he was 12 weeks old and he is now nearly 3. She is reliable, friendly and the kids love her. She fills their days with great activities and stimulation and has bent over backwards to be flexible for me when I need extra childcare because of work commitments. I cannot recommend Nicki enough.
