Tugba had sole charge of our twin boys from Feb 2017 to April 2018, aged 20 to 34 months. She was fun and energetic and the boys really loved her. She has a fantastic imagination and children quickly warm to her. I often received comments from both friends and strangers who had observed her with my twins at various play groups and activities and everyone said she was amazing with them. That is obviously very reassuring to hear as a parent and reflected exactly what I had seen myself. In Jan 2018 I had another baby and Tugba occasionally helped out with him too.
