Tugba has been our full time nanny for 2 months and she had sole charge of our daughter (19 months old when she started). She has been excellent in taking care of our daughter. She cooked freshly prepared foods, cleaned after our daughter, kept the books / toys organized and play area clean and tidy at all times. She also took our daughter to outside activities (such as library, music classes, softplay) and to parks.

We have found her to be very patient, loving and calm. She was always willing to go the extra mile to attend our daughter’s needs (and she is very good at reading what my daughter needs / wants). In our experience Tugba has always shown very good awareness of safety (both indoors and outdoors). She is also very reliable and punctual.

We are very grateful to have Tugba as part of our family, we fully trust her and it has been a massive relief for us to know that our daughter is in a safe and loving environment while we are both working. The only reason we cannot employ her anymore is due to change in our circumstances.

We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her wholeheartedly, she is a brilliant nanny.
