Well what can I say about Marcia - she is SUPERB! She is the type of childminder you dream of for your children. She is caring, fun, outgoing and uber safety conscious. I've gotten to know Marcia since Dec '13 and I've not been disappointed. She is clearly meant to work with children and they LOVE her. Marcia takes the children out everywhere - the zoo, Sing and Dance, play groups and much much more. My nine month son adores her and is clearly comfortable around her. Marcia takes pride in what she does and the children she looks after. Top childminder.
