We whole-heartedly recommend Souad for as one of the best nannies we've employed (we've experienced quite a few!). Souad has been taking care of our 2 kids (18 mo and 3 yo at the beginning of employment) full-time for a little less than 2 years. Souad has proved herself to be a person of real character and genuine loving care. For us as parents, Souad is extremely responsible, capable and dependable. She has never been late, once, in the entire 2 years she has worked for us. This is critical to us as working parents. And equally importantly, for our kids, Souad is one of the most fun, genuine friend and loving nanny. My kids genuinely love her and love spending time with Souad. Souad also has been a teacher, teaching age-appropriate material to my children and getting them ready for school, with reading, writing, counting and drawing (Souad is an artist!). Souad also takes care to expose my children to various outdoor activities as well, while keeping them safe and herself socially restricted as well given the CoVid pandemic. In short, Souad is an excellent caregiver and a teacher, and a genuinely nice and good person with integrity and moral standard of the highest level. The only reason Souad is leaving us is because both my kids are starting school :( It is without reservation we fully recommend her.
