Lucy has been with Vicki for nearly 10 months now and LOVES going, she is 18 months old and has come on so much since she started.
Vicki has been so patient with Lucy and is always very accommodating when it comes to helping us teach Lucy things, or deal with any situations in the same way as we do at home to help her have continuity. Vicki is also really approachable and if we have anything we felt we had to ask or discuss, I know it is in the strictest of confidence and we are treated in a friendly and professional manner.
There is amazing outdoor space for Lucy to be outside getting fresh air and play daily (weather permitting) which I am now struggling to get her out of as she loves the toys and being outdoors.
One of the things that made me know Vicki was the childminder for us was the varied activities on offer for Lucy and how at ease we felt in her home from the very first visit. Lucy feels like another member of the family and happily leaves me to go and play in the morning, and as an only child she is making the most of her extended family. This has made the dreaded task of returning to work much easier for me, I am happy knowing Lucy is safe and happy with Vicki.
