I can't recommend Dawn highly enough. Myself, my partner & my son were travelling from Chester
to visit the area for the weekend. We were looking for a childminder for the Sunday so we could participate
in a course. I contacted Dawn to see if she was available after being impressed by her profile. She said that she was on holiday & wouldn't be back until mid October. So I thanked her for her swift replies & proceeded to look for another childminder. We managed to find someone else but became disillusioned with the contact from this person. It turned out that the day before we needed the daycare we were having to look of another childminder. I messaged Dawn again on the off chance and she said yes she could look after him. I immediately stopped worrying as the contact from Dawn was fast & very organised. Everything was arranged perfectly & professionally. We arrived the next morning to sign all the relevant paperwork and our son was very happy to stay and play with Dawn. I received pictures via WhatsApp & I rang at lunchtime to have a check-in with how he was doing. When we came to collect him he didn't want to leave, he'd had such a good time. We felt confident & happy with having Dawn looking after our son. We were also sent a message with a list of food that he had during the day. Dawn helped us out with very short notice & managed it professionally & seamlessly. We will definitely be visiting Dawn again for childcare when we are in the area. If you're looking for childcare in this area Dawn is absolutely the person to come to.
