So unprofessional

We invited Alicia to our home to meet myself and my wife and discuss about our baby’s routine so she could start her job from next week, after waiting for 2 weeks she changed the meeting date and time twice and simply didn’t turn up!

Hi, I hadnt accepted the job with yourself as I've never even met yourself, your wife or baby. we had discussed on the phone when I was available from but that was all. I also sent you a message in the morning to let you know that I had been offered a job and I had accepted so felt like I didnt want to waste your time by coming to visit when you could of seen someone else & also me knowing that I have accepted a new role. I don't feel like this review is very fair at all. I've worked as a nanny for over 11 years & have never let any families day families I've worked for or families I've been to interviews with. I had other interviews booked in and Unfortunately if I got offered one with longer hours. As annoying as it can be for parents it's how things work just the same as if parents had several nannies to interviews and they only get round to seeing 1 but they have 2 others to see but they want to employee the first nanny then the other 2 interviews get cancelled they arent going to still see them if the really like the first nanny they saw.
