Simply the Best
As a first time parent, I already had enough to think about/juggle, so when it came to going back to work you like I did panicked about leaving my 2 year old son with someone else. I'd looked around and asked questions, and then I found LaLa's Land. Literally on my doorstep, and once we had a chat and saw her house, I was sure that he would be safe and flourish. He did, amazingly well so when our daughter came along we had no hesitation. Alanna is a diamond. She's attentive, nurturing and helped my kids especially develop all kinds of skills. If you need childcare then Alanna is the go to person. I'm biased because I've used her services, but professionally she's simply the best...

Alanna was the first childminder I contacted when COVID-19 restrictions were in place, as my Son's usual childminder had to close due to personal circumstances. She was very helpful, informative, accommodating and quick to respond/help me which is the reason why I didn't enquire with anybody else. I felt confident and reassured that my Son was going to be well looked after and was in the best possible place whilst I worked throughout the pandemic. Alanna was always really flexible and accommodating with my forever changing shifts which was a massive relief. My Son, Ramel, evidently loved going to Alanna's. He never made a fuss when I left him and he always came back full of smiles! The pictures she took during his time there just show how much he loved it. It was a lovely touch! I would have loved for Ramel to stay with Alanna long term however I needed somewhere closer to work long term. I couldn't recommend Lala's land enough. She provided everything for my child's needs, growth and learning! Thank you again x

Our daughter has been coming to LaLa'sLand since she was 9 months old, we are so lucky to have found amazing childminders in Alanna and Evie!
Our daughter has come along so much since she started, the setting is perfect for children with lots of toys for them to play with and activities for them to participate in.
Alanna regularly takes the children on day trips such as the farm, theatre, the park or soft play areas, my daughter even got the chance to visit Santa over Christmas which was lovely.
I would highly recommend LaLa'Land, Alanna is always so helpful and my daughter always leaves smiling, it's very reassuring knowing she's in great hands.

Alana and Evie are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and accommodating. My daughter settled with them so easily and I am already seeing improvements in her development after just a couple of months. The environment is clean and child friendly. I would highly recommend this service.

Alanna and Evie have been looking after my little girl 2 days a week since last October. Hollie always seems happy when we drop her off and pick her up.
The baby days diaries is a great tool which alanna and Evie update daily. It helps me track hollies progress, activities done during her days there and photos.
Alanna and Evie are always welcoming and smiling whenever I see them.
I would recommend to anyone and I am always saying to friends and family that we are lucky to have found Alanna and Evie. Can't wish for a better childminder

My twins have been going to Alanna for almost a year now and they have settled in great.
They are always so happy when I go to pick them up and have lots of fun through the day with different educational activities and days out.
Alanna always keeps me updated with their progress with weekly updates.
Really couldn't have asked for anyone better to look after the boys, and Evie is also brilliant with the boys.
Would definitely recommend lalas land to anyone looking for childcare.

Alanna and Evie have been looking after my little boy for the last two months since he was 6 months old. He seems really happy there and has lots of fun. I am really impressed with the setting, there are lots of toys for the children to play with and they go out on regular day trips.
I would highly recommend lalasland to others.

My children have been with Alanna for almost a year and a half now. They are Home Educated and now all above pre-school age. This has never been a problem for us, Alanna has respected the way we educate and has asked how she can help with this. We are child-led and autonomous and Alanna has been there to encourage and facilitate the children when they are with her for the day each week.
With the children being older Alanna has found ways to give them greater responsibility within the setting, from helping the younger children with their crafts, helping to give out snacks etc at the play group they go to, or having more responsibility in baking and other activities she has planned.She has also made sure they have some time and space on their own too.
They have been on some really fun outings and regularly go to the soft play and parks during nicer weather, they have lots of opportunity to run and play and use their bodies. They even went to a Family Zumba class!
Alanna is extremely motivated and is constantly looking at ways to further improve the childcare she provides, be that in the in the setting,in the communication with parents, in her own experience and skill sets. It is great to see how passionate she is about creating excellence in childcare.
After a few months of using Alanna, my eldest said that she didn't think of Alanna as childcare anymore but as Family (and all 3 of my children adore Alanna's daughter!). For us, there isn't anything else to say! That is all we wanted from a childcare provider.

Alanna has taken care of our 3 year old daughter for 11 months.We are very happy and pleased with her service.Rayyan is very happy with alanna and she enjoys playing and baking.Alanna takes her out for toddler groups.She has taken extra care during her potty training and helped her in learning language.I definitely recommend her.

Our 15 month old daughter has been with Alanna for 3 days a week since she was 8 months old and we have always been very happy with the care she receives. The children take part in a range of activities including art and craft, baking and outdoor play, as well as trips out and about. Our little girl has grown in confidence and is learning new things everyday, but most importantly, she is happy and safe. Finding such a fantastic childminder has made my return to work a lot easier.
