Lindsley helped me out when I needed childcare on a temporary basis when staying at my parents while moving back from abroad. She looked after my two sons aged 18 months and nearly 6. She is very kind and friendly and the kids were happy to go to her house, enjoying lots of activities, such as trips to the park, playing in the garden, in the swimming pool, sandpit, crafts and making slime, which was particularly popular!
She was flexible on timings and was able to add extra mornings in at short notice.
If I was going to highlight any areas for improvement it would probably be that she could be stricter with serving healthy food, she gave my elder son a choice of what to eat, so he of course, said he didn't eat fruit and vegetables, although he will eat them when not given any option!

Lindsley is an excellent childcare provider to my two sons, in a homely, safe environment. She is friendly, approachable & has my children's best interests at heart. Lindsley is very adaptable so has been flexible with looking after my children, even at short notice. I am more than confident in Lindsley's ability to provide outstanding childcare for my children & they are always happy to be in her company. I would happily recommend Lindsley to any parent seeking childcare.

My youngest child has been in lindsleys care for the past 6 months. Lindsley is very approachable and found very easy to communicate with her. She is very flexible with my working hours which I needed as found with past childminders this was not so easy due to my shift rota patten. My child has become more confident since being in Lindsleys setting and has progressed in many development areas. I would recommend Lindsley’s service.

Our two children have been with Lynsley since September 2016 (they are now 7 and 3) and they absolutely love her to pieces. Our eldest daughter is constantly asking if she can have a sleepover at Lynsey’s house and our youngest son has come on leaps and bounds since being in Lynsey’s care. In the last year he has learned to count to ten, complete puzzles and name so many animals! Lynsley has lots of activities during the day to keep the children entertained from painting, sticking, colouring, messy play, outdoor play ... the list goes on! Our sons speech has also massively improved and I think this is due to the fact he is in a smaller setting with a childminder rather than a nursery. I love the fact our children are so comfortable at Lynsleys house and we never have any trouble getting them to go in the morning, the trouble we have is getting them to leave! Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Lynsey. A great childminder who is very good at what she does.

My 2 children (girl 4 and boy 2) attended the JustKidz setting last year, and I relied on reviews to help form part of my decision to do so.
I wanted to write an honest review based on my experience, to help others in their search for the best childcare for their little ones. And also provide Lindsley with constructive feedback on how she can improve the quality of the service she provides to children and parents.
Lindsley had a tough, and occasionally fair approach in her care of my children. Her style is definitely more ‘teacher’ than ‘nurturer’, so it would be best for you to consider if your little ones would benefit and thrive under this.
I understand from social media posts that Lindsley was having difficulty with adapting to my children in her care, and that she found certain elements of their characters challenging to manage. I would have appreciated Lindsay discussing this with me in person to work out a way forward, and that would have been a much more professional and appropriate approach to take.
In addition, Lindsley had many opportunities to address this with me and could have detailed in my children’s learning journals. However these were not kept up to date, and I’m still waiting for my daughters journal having asked for this repeatedly over the last 4 months.
On occasions I was made aware that my children were being left in the care of an assistant who I was not informed of, and I had not been given the appropriate consent forms to sign.
Whilst my experience with Lindsley has been negative, I’ve been able to learn from this, and my children are now thriving in an alternative childcare setting.
I hope Lindsley has also learnt from this, and I wish her the best in improving her service and future endeavours as a childminder.

My son has been going to Lindsley since February of this year. When he first started he suffered with quite sever reflux, however Lindsley was very comforting when he was suffering and gave him his medication as directed.
Lindsley provides a fun and happy setting for the children and my son has formed a very strong bond with her and her children.
I cannot praise Lindsley enough and I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a secure, safe and happy childminding setting.
