My daughter began her school life staying with Rachel after school in reception for four days and as she grew the time she spent increased.
Unfortunately she had separation anxiety for a long time and Rachel managed this really well enabling me to function at work knowing she was really cared for. I would echo other Parent's comments regarding gaining another member of the family as living so close allowed a degree of flexibility and communication that I know other friends could not arrange with their childminders. Now my daughter is in senior school, but she had a fun, supportive and safe environment to be in before and after school for her entire primary schooling thanks to Rachel and her family.
