If we had to chose a Childminder again, Karin would be top of our list!
As full time working parents we initially wanted our 11 months old daughter to go to the well rated local nursery. We were not so keen to leave her in the hands of a single carer (5 days a week for 10 hours each day) and even after our first encounter with Karin were not completely convinced this would be the perfect match... 3 years on Karin and her setting have become an invaluable piece of our family life enabling our happy and quietly confident little 4 years old girl to enthusiastically start school this month.
Karin has exceeded our expectations in providing way more socialising and developing opportunities (numerous play and art groups, educational visits) than we could have done and relevant parenting advice at times we needed them. A very lively, positive and disciplined atmosphere surrounds Karin's family house some of which trickled through to our home life through the regular communication (drop off and pick up chats, detailed diary, newsletters). I highly recommend parents to meet with Karin to see for themselves.
