I needed to arrange ad hoc childcare on short notice and Ravi came to my rescue. I was worried as my son has had difficulty adjusting to new environments and I had an appointment that I could not be late for. She facilitated a quick handover, even though my son had latched to me tighter than a python engulfing its prey, without any drama. She was also very lenient when I had to extend the agreed upon duration last minute. When I picked up my boy, he was cheerful and excited to tell me about what he had been up to.
I will definitely use her again in the future!
