Simone looked after our son once a week from when he was around 18 months to just recently when he started school- and our daughter for about 9 months- they loved going to her. She took them to a local playgroup which they adored, as well as on various outings. Simone is a vary caring person, who clearly loves the children. I knew they would always be safe and happy in her care. She kept us updated about their progress- with a folder including photos of their development- but also a diary we took home each day letting us know key things about their day- and would send us photos and videos of them too. They also came home with some really beautiful pictures/arts and crafts at times that she had helped them with, which was very sweet! Simone was also very flexible working around my unpredictable work hours, which was much valued. We have had to stop going regularly due to my son beginning school and the logistics being too tricky, but hope to come again during school holidays.

Overall
My son has been going to Simone for the past year. He settled in quickly and now loves the days he knows he is going to see Simone and his little friends. Simone is fantastic with developing manners and all the children who attend are lovely, well behaved children who clearly enjoy each others company despite vast age differences.
Simone is also excellent at taking the children on outings and they regularly attend play groups and local parks. During holidays Simone has treated my son to trips to the sea side, castles, nature trails and farms. Simone regularly buys new toys and it seems she has a new game or toy every week.
It is because he is so settled that even though I have now finished work in the area I am prepared to drive an hour round trip twice a day from home to take him there rather than disrupt his routine and take him away from the people he loves.

Overall
Simone has been looking after our 17 month old daughter since she was a year old.
Harriet went through the inevitable settling in period at the start and Simone did all she could to settle Harriet and get to know her. It wasn't long before Harriet settled in and trotted off through the door in the mornings without a second glance! She is very happy at Simone's.
Simone provides lots of toys for the children and there are often new ones to entertain them. Her big garden is a bonus and it was lovely to see Harriet playing there in the summer. Simone also takes the children to playgroups and toddlers clubs and activities such as Jo Jingles. There are also other trips further afield to parks and farms and to see reindeer. A trip to see Santa is booked too!
I love the fact that Harriet is part of a big family at Simone's. There are children of all ages and I love that she has made friends with the older children as well as playing with children nearer her own age.
Simone cooks lovely food too, lots of different styles and ingredients which means that Harriet isn't fussy!
Overall I would recommend Simone to anybody looking for a childminder (and already have!).

Overall
Simone is a wounderful childminder, the children love getting dropped off in the morning and dont want to leave when they are picked up at the end of the day!
She also has a wounderful range of toys for all ages, the children never have a chance be bored as they are always doing some sort of an activity, they learn new things every day, and make so many new friends with all the older children!
i would highly recommend simone as a childminder!!!
