I returned to work full time and were very cautious on what would be the best option for childcare. We researched between a nursery or placing her with a childminder and used childcare uk to help with our search. We felt that a childminder was the best option but it was important to find a caring childminder who would look after our daughter as we would. From the moment we started to communicate Janice was very honest, helpful and informative about her services and qualifications in line with the Ofsted regulations. When we introduced her to our daughter Janice took time to understand our needs and concerns as well as taking the time to get to know our daughter. She has now been with Sunflowers childminding for 5 months full time and has really bonded with Janice. I know she looks forward to spending time at sunflowers as there is always something fun going on. Janice ensures the early year’s foundation is achieved and always goes above and beyond by arranging days out, tea parties and craft days. Every week she brings something home that she has created and it’s evident in our daughters behaviours and her development that she is happy in Janice’s caring environment.
