just want to add a comment as I am not surprised with reviews already received:-).
we agreed for an interview 2 weeks ago. i gave my phone number and my adress and she never showed up! I texted her few times as i thought something bad happened to her and i was worried but she never took the time to answer. now i understand she actually got other interviews and did not even consider informing me she accepted another job...
i would definitely not recommend...

Federica did babysit for us last week on a very last minute request. she took the time to understand our family our routine amd came home earlier to have a proper hand over.
the evening went beautifuly with all my children, and especially our baby.

Eliza came to our house to discuss a nanny position 1 month ago.
the interview went ok even if she did not look very energetic and we offer the position that she accepted immediately.
we agreed to contact each other closer to the starting date.
I've contacted her in August to agree a time and it took her 5 days and 3 messages to eventually answer.
When she answered, she told us her phone was broken and that's the reason why she could not answer. we found it weird but we trusted her.
but now, only few day before school starts, she is eventually sending me a message saying she found another job and she won't come next week...
Now i realize she was clearly already looking for another position few weeks back and that's the reason she did not reply when i contacted her.
this is clearly showing that she is not trustable as a Nanny and I am actually happy she let us down!
