My daughter is 10 months, She had never had a child minder before.
After visiting Helen, I knew she would be the ideal person to look after my daughter. Reia took to her straight away, Helen has a calm nature, she is warm and kind and takes her time to think about how the children in her care, not only feel settled with her, but how they settle in with the other children she cares for. She has made the transition of me going back to work so easy. She keeps me updated on how Reia has been through the day, which gives me great comfort. Reia has been to the park and to play groups and has grown in her confidence.
Helen's home is very child friendly, plenty of space for the children to play as well as warm and inviting. There are plenty of toys to keep the children stimulated and she is quite happy to play along with them.
I feel very fortunate to have found the ideal person to fill the shoes of me while I work.

Brilliant!

My little girl has been with Helen for almost 9 months.
Unfortunately we had a change in circumstances and had to find a new childminder in Jan 2014-which my little girl was very upset about.
We chose Helen as she was so kind, gentle and immediately struck a good relationship with Ava when they met.
When Ava started with Helen she was a little wobbly/upset-but Helen reassured Ava-making sure she was safe and well-looked after. She was welcomed into her home and made to feel like part of the family. So much so that Ava has often not wanted to come home at the end of day!
I would highly recommend Helen to other parents who are seeking childcare.
Ava starts school in September 2014-so sadly we will not need Helen's fantastic services anymore-but thankfully will still be in touch through school.

Highly recommanded

I can't praise Helen enough. She has been looking after my son full time for the last 6 months and has provided him with an excellent care. She has made the transition so easy and smooth when I had to go back to work. She regularly organises trips to the farm, to the park, playgroups, to the beach etc... Her house is also full of a variety of toys for rainy days.
She has very large house with plenty of space for the kids to move around. The garden is huge and full of activities for kids. In the last 6 months, I don't think there has been one day when they spent the whole day inside.
The environment is very family orientated and my son feels part of their family. He is comfortable and happy to go to her's in the morning. I can leave him without a worry every day. She also regularly sends me pictures of him during the day, which is extremely comforting for me and makes me feel I'm a bit with him during the day.

I have recommended her to my friends for some ad-hoc baby sitting and they were also extremely satisfied.
