We were so incredibly fortunate to have had Lorraine at Linden Ladybirds look after our little boy between the ages of 9 to 14 months (only stopping as we sadly had to move away). Being his first experience of childcare, and being so young, we were naturally apprehensive but meeting Lorraine we were immediately put at ease and felt confident he was in wonderful hands.

Lorraine was caring, professional, fun, communicative, and did such lovely, educational activities with the children, always finding ways to include our son who was a bit younger than the other children at the time. We were devastated to have to move our son away from Lorraine’s care but couldn’t have wished for a better first experience of childcare.
