My daughter has attended Minibugz for nearly 8 months now. My daughter settled from the word go which was largely down to Faye enabling her to feel so comfortable. Faye provides an excellent environment that encourages children to thrive, I often see new toys, books, dressing up and activities for the children. Minibugz always act professionally and accountably. Faye provides me with a link to the school as she drops my daughter off there nearly every day. Faye always reports to me if my daughter is needing anything for school and often passes messages on for me. Luckily Faye also reminds me of school activities too! As Faye has close links with the school this enables her to continue with any particular themes that the children are doing to promote their education further. My daughters development has increased significantly since starting Minibugz which I am sure is down to Faye's gentle encouragement and praise. Faye and her colleagues are all approachable, friendly and helpful. I could not have got through the end of my degree course without them. They are supportive of me and I feel comfortable in the knowledge that my daughter is being looked after by the best in the area. When it is time for my daughter to leave she always wants to stay longer as she loves it at Minibugz so much! My daughter enjoys the days out and trips that Minibugz provide and there is always something exciting going on for the children. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. If you are looking for a child care provider that really cares about you and your children look no further, there really is no need. Minibugz are the best in the area by far.
