Our son has just turned 2 and has been attending Minibugz since September 2013.

We were naturally nervous about leaving him with people he was unfamiliar with, however, this quickly subsided after both Faye and Jo took the time to meet with us and explain how everything worked in detail.

Our son settled in amazingly quickly and really enjoys his time at Minibugz. He particularly enjoys song time and now likes to sing at home and show us the actions that go with each song. In the time he has been at Minibugz, we have also noted a marked improvement in his development. His ability to talk and socialise with other children has significantly improved, and he has taken more of an interest in his books at home.

We have found both Faye and Jo to be very supportive of both our son’s needs, and ours as parents. We both find it difficult working full time, but Minibugz makes the effort to keep us informed about what our son has been doing each day, which helps us feel more involved.

As parents, we have peace of mind in knowing that while we are at work, our son is not only having fun and making friends, but he is well looked after in a safe environment. If he has an upset morning, for whatever reason, Minibugz will send us a reassuring message to let us know he has settled. On the one occasion he has been unwell, we were immediately informed and he received the one-on-one attention he needed until we were able to collect him.

I cannot recommend Minibugz highly enough. They provide an excellent service and we know our son is in safe hands.
