My child was with Mini bugz for a year up until starting Nursery in September.The service received was excellent in all areas. The staff are all very friendly and caring to each child for its own personal needs, they become part of your family . My child entered Mini bugz at the age of 2 at a very difficult stage in her life where her behaviour was very tiring and stressful. The minute I walked into Mini bugz I new that this was the best place for my child the correct questions were asked about my child's own personal needs and discussed concerns over behaviour. They reassured me that rules applied and were met with every child. This really helped as the support was there for myself also when I felt my child was the boss not myself ! I cannot thank mini bugs enough as I now have a very happy little girl who knows rules are in place and we deal with situations accordingly. A meal in a restaurant is now a breeze !!!!!
