Karen has been looking after my 2 children since 6months old. They are now 5 and 3. Karen is outstanding childminder, flexible and more importantly the children love her. Karen has a scheduled day, and we get feedback from her plus a book which logs all the activities and milestones.
She involves the children in making gifts at Xmas, mothers and Father’s Day. The dedication and thought that goes into these are exceptional.
I’ve not had any days where the children do lot want to go to this placement, more often than not they are asking to go or asking for Karen to pick them up. I can not recommend her skills, knowledge and dedication enough.
