I have had a relationship with Puffins for almost 6 years; first with my daughter, followed by my son who just had his last day today and they both flourished during their time there.
All of the staff demonstrate great passion for what they do; they have exceeded expectations over the years; the communication has been outstanding and I've always felt that they really care.
My son has a severe milk and egg allergy and they have always given me full confidence that he is in safe hands, with the measures they put in place and checking things with me to ensure his safety. They have also always gone the extra mile to ensure that he is included in everything, for example, they made banana pancakes on pancake day. I couldn't ask for more from a childcare provider; I would recommend them to anyone and only have great things to share about them.
