Sapphire is the closest thing to Mary Poppins we could have found and we were delighted with her work. She came to work for us 3 afternoons\ early evenings a week for 6 weeks. She came to us with glowing references from another childcare user and she lived up to all of it. She has been extremely punctual, reliable and hard working and has a lovely manner with children. She was wonderful with our 10 week old twins and I felt very confident leaving her in sole charge of them so that I could go out briefly to do things. She was excellent at getting them into a routine and gave good advice. She used her own initiative a lot making sure lots she addressed all aspects of the twins care and was good at planning her time to ensure all jobs were carried out. If she had had more availability we would have kept her for longer as we were very impressed with her. I also felt that she fitted in well with our family and genuinely enjoyed having her around. She would be an asset in any household and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.
