Rachel agreed to look after our little one. My partner and I were really happy we had found somebody that we liked. However a few weeks went on and Rachel would not send us the paperwork to sign contract. She said it was to do with her daughter being ill, her computer, then email. I began to see how disorganised she was and full of excuses. I told her the date she would start looking after my daughter to which she agreed and then a few weeks later informed me that she was going on holiday so she would not be able to start that day! I had already told my employer of the start dateand told other childminders that we had found somebody so we are now left without somebody for our daughter. She then made excuses and said that I was unreasonable for saying that we need somebody we can trust and somebody who is organised. After a few weeks I don't think it's unreasonable to feel like the plus she then said that its best she doesn't Take the job on! I had a feeling she would mess us around but decided to wait and see as I thought she was very nice. Avoid this childminder because she'll mess you around!
