Crisis management with Nanny Rosie
Nanny Rosie was recommended to us after I had a particularly traumatic birth and several ongoing complications with myself and our baby boy.
We were in hospital for two weeks and Nanny Rosie actually came to the ward at very short notice to talk to us and to come up with a plan for when I was discharged.
With elderly grandparents who didn't live nearby, we quickly warmed to Rosie who offered to help fulfil this role - not only helping practically with the baby as we got to grips with breastfeeding and later with bottle feeding, but also giving us lots of tips to save time with the household.
Rosie was extremely flexible, staying the first night and being on hand thereafter for visits to discuss various problems and issues, as we were learning how to look after our first born baby, whilst I got back to good health.
We will definitely continue to use Rosie as we no doubt come up against new problems with weaning and toddler tantrums in the future. If we are lucky enough to have a second child, I am sure we will call upon her then too.
Although Rosie is local to us in Brighton, I persuaded a friend in London to use her as she was at her wits' end with her newborn son too and we both agree that Rosie is worth her weight in gold. I would not hesitate to recommend her modern, no nonsense and caring approach to any parent or carer.
