Don't underestimate the importance of sleep!
At six months old our son was waking almost hourly throughout the night, wouldn't nap for longer than 20 minutes during the day and was snacking on breast milk throughout the day and night. We had tried to set in place a good routine but we were not confident in what we were doing. With so much advice, methods, friends, the internet etc. out there we were confused, doubting what we were doing and how we were doing it. The more tired we became the harder it got. Suzy came along and gave us confidence to pursue our chosen method, helping us to stick at it and keep consistent, and within the month we had a happy baby who was confidently eating solids with a clear feeding and sleeping routine, napping three times a day and sleeping 11 hours a night. We were able to wean him off the night feeds and finally started to get regular good night sleeps! The more sleep we got the more confident we became, the happier we were and the more we could give our gorgeous son. Suzy helped us clarify what was right for us as a family, in terms of the support she could offer us the methods we could use and the routine we wanted to put in place, and we highly recommend her….and sleep!!!
