Being a new mummy I was really apprehensive about going back to work and the thought of leaving my 10 month year old son with a complete stranger filled me with dread. I had visited a few nurseries however, Donna instantly put my mind at rest when meeting her at a local toddler group.

Donna offers a very personal touch with a home from home environment. She takes the time to get to know you and your child thoroughly and can provide the one to one love and care that a nursery could not compete. By the time it came to leaving my son for the first time I had 100% trust in her to look after him as if he was her own.

Donna is an extremely motivated, pro-active and confident person and in the 4 months that Eddie has been in her care his development has been amazing. She regularly takes him to a soft play centre, song time at the local library and various toddler groups. Donna is also extremely creative and regularly encourages Eddie to take part in messy play, painting pictures and my most favourite of all helping him to make his first Mother’s Day card!

Donna is also very well thought of and connected in the village and regularly socialises with other child-minders allowing my son to interact and develop his social skills with other children.

Donna was born to be a child-minder and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for childcare for their son or daughter!
