Mrs Syeda has been taking care of my daughter for two months now. She offers a safe and loving environment for my daughter which I believe is more supportive and personal than a nursery. She is very flexible and understanding and she is genuinely interested in the development of each of the children she cares for. Since my daughter begun I have felt confident with increasing her hours twice. Mrs Syeda (or aunty Syeda as we call her!) also goes on daily outings and keeps thorough records, a daily diary and texts photos and updates throughout the day. She is also skilled at noticing tantrum signs and diverting them! If my daughter decides she doesn't like her pack lunch she is offered different foods. Overall I'm happy.
