My two year old Oscar has been settled and happy from pretty much the day he started with Nanny Pat. Pat provides a warm, loving, routined and happy childcare environment in which she installs important values of good eating habits, manners, respect for others whilst increasing independence and life skills. I feel she has got to know Oscar inside and out and knows his likes and dislikes and takes into account my child's character during her working day. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Oscar has been a joy to have in my setting. He is generally quiet but has his moments. Garbage day will never be the same without Oscar as this is one of his favourite things to do. We have a routine and Oscar copies my actions emptying all the bins and relining them. He is incredibly strong for his age and size and has attracted nicknames of initially "the Ninja" because of his stealth and ability to blend in (turn your back and he's swinging from the chandelier and "my strongman" for obvious reasons. He is the only little one who can open the recycling bin and enjoys carrying toy boxes and chairs around the playroom. He was a challenge in the eating of certain foods but is willing to try anything I offer these days. He loves routine and was quick to learn the trick of putting his coat on and always has a good go at something new. I have enjoyed Oscar immensely and hope we will keep in touch, so not goodbye just see you later x

My son James has been going to "Nana Pat" for the past 2 and a half years now and I could not ask for a better person to look after my son, he loves every minute of being with her, it is most definitely the highlight of the week when it is his days to go. "Nana Pat" provides a home from home environment and has such a special way with children, James has formed a very memorable bond with her. It is such a nice feeling when you can leave your child and feel totally at ease that he will be safe and have fun. I highly recommend Pat and I will definitely be using her again for my younger son.

James has been a blessing to me too. He is a very popular child in the group and is a pleasure to have. He is a polite, helpful but lively little boy who can show great compassion to others. I'm sure he has a very bright future and will become a well rounded member of society. Look forward to having brother Andrew xx

Fantastic!

There are so many wonderful things I could say about 'Nana' Pat I don't know where to start! My boys LOVE going to her and she genuinely cares about them.

I have 3 boys who have been going to Nana Pats for nearly 4 years. They love the food she provides and the activities they do. From the daily diary book I feel that I know something about their day which is great.

My husband works shifts and Nana Pat has been flexible to work out childcare arrangements around his shift patterns which has been a godsend to us.

She is a kind, caring lady, full of common sense and the boys really do think of her as part of the family. I completely trust her with the care of my children (I can't give higher praise then that!)

It is easy to be all these things when the children I care for are as wonderful as your boys. Each one is a very individual personality and we have lots of lively play and good sharing times. I also appreciate the parent support I have received from both parent and can only say it has been an honour and absolute pleasure to be a small part of all your lives. I shall miss feeding the boys as it is great to cook for children who enjoy their food as much as they do and don't forget the puddings!

Amazing lady

Nana Pat as my son so fondly calls her has been looking after my my 2 1/2 year old son Charlie since September last year. She has a fantastic set up and her best advertisement are the smiles on the kids faces that she looks after. She is a very dedicated lady who thoroughly understands the concept of learning through play and children seem to instantly feel at ease with her. Charlie always has a fun storey to tell me after a day with his 3rd Nana. Can't recommend her enough x

My little ray of sunshine! Charlie is such an interesting little character and speaks so well for his age. He is bright and has a wicked sense of humour and is a good mixer. He loves a cuddle and so do I. He is always happy and everyone loves Charlie because he is so lovable. It's a pleasure to have him in my setting and I appreciate your support of what I'm doing with the children, it makes such a difference to my working day.
