Carolyn has looked after my son whom has just finished 2 years of care this wonderful lady!
When my son first came to Carolyn's, he was a shy, timid little boy who has now flourished in her care. He has become an independent confident big boy! I can't recommend her enough, it is a true measure of comfort, when you can leave your son in someone else's care knowing they are safe and nurtured.

As a family we felt very comfortable with Carolyn as soon as met her. She keeps a lovely home for the children to spend their time in with a large garden and a dedicated play room with toys that she rotates so they always have something different and fun to do. My two young girls always come home talking about their daily outings to soft play and different groups, they talk about the new friends they have made and show me the crafts they have done. Carolyn keeps me updated with text messages particularly if I have been worried about how one of the girls was feeling that morning. Carolyn has been very reliable and flexible and has never let us down and I always feel comfortable saying goodbye to my little girls knowing they are in safe and caring hands!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her.

I remember the first day I took Jasmine (age 1) for a trial session at Carolyn's, she cried for the whole time, I cried when I left her and neither of us were sure if it was going to work out! However, four years on and the crying has most definitely stopped (well most of the time) and I now have to drag Jasmine out the door to get her back home.
She has built up a great friendship with Carolyn and has learnt so much from all the activities they do together and all the groups they attend. Which has turned into a confident little girl, with a fantastic vocabulary and a vast appetite for life.
It's now time for Jasmine to move on and start her new life in Ibiza, which is both daunting for us as parents but even more so for her but I feel that Carolyn has most definitely helped her prepare for this transition and she is looking for forward to starting her new school out there.
I cannot recommend Carolyn more highly she is a very trustworthy and reliable childminder who I would not hesitate to leave my daughter with, we will all miss her greatly - especially Jasmine!

Carolyn looked after my 4 year old for the last year. Amelia loved every minute of her time with Carolyn and it has come to an end due to Amelia starting school. I never had any problems as Carolyn was always very accommodating and even on days she wasn't due to have Amelia she could at very short notice. Carolyn provided Amelia with a friendly and warm environment taking her out to different places every week and interacting with other children. Amelia was always more than happy to go to Carolyn's which provided me with a happy sense if being knowing she was being well looked after. I would recommend Carolyn to other mums looking for childcare. We are sad Amelia's time with her has come to an end. Thank you for all your hard work.

Carolyn has been our daughters childminder since our daughter was 11 months old. Carolyn creates a happy and stimultaing enviroment for children, this puts our daughter and us at ease. We have lovely contact book, filled out with the days events and information,along side a learning journal, with milestones and acheivments of our daughters development. Carolyn has been very flexible and has helped out on many occassions. We are sad to be losing Carolyn as a childminder,as our daughter is starting nursery, but we will not hesitate to use Carolyn for any future babysitting requirements. We would recommend Carolyn as she is an outstanding childminder who goes that extra mile.

Carolyn cared for our 4 year old twin boys before and after school for 5 months. She is really friendly and caring and the boys quickly settled into her lovely home, running in without a backward glance (and forgetting to kiss me goodbye!!). It is with regret that we had to look for another childminder
due to logistics, but would happily recommend her to others and definately use her again should we need a childminder.

Carolyn looked after our then 14 month old son for a couple of months. I have nothing but praise for her. I was really anxious about how my son would settle but i need not have worried as he settled better than he had ever done with any of his previous childminders. We have since made alternative child care arrangements, more suited to our personal circumstances but i would have no hesitation in sending my son back to Carolyn. There are so many childminders on this site and it is difficult to decide based on a profile of a few lines. Go and meet Carolyn you will not be disappointed. She truly is in a class of her own!

Carolyn has been looking after our son since the age of 13 months and he is now 2 years 8 months. He has excelled in his development leaps and bounds, and we have to thank Carolyn for playing such an important part in this. Our son enjoys staying with Carolyn and will always happily walk to the front door with a wave goodbye to us, and we feel happy knowing that he is in a safe and stimulating enviroment which Carolyn provides. Both Carolyn and our son will give a satisfying account of the days events. We would be more than happy for our details to be passed on to provide references or information.
