We chose Neeta when we required a flexible childcare arrangement when our daughter was 7 months. We chose Neeta because she was so warm with the children. She sees childminding as a profession, and looks to improve the service for her children all the time. She takes an enormous amount of pride in providing the very best experience for all the children, with all kinds of activities, trips, and play in a warm family environment. I'd echo one of the previous reviews about the fabulous cooking smells when I go in to collect our daughter! Our daughter is now heading for school this year, and over the years we have seen her care for many different children, some more difficult than others, all with their own personalities respected and all treated with the greatest of kindness. She is firm but kind with the children. Due to my own varied working patterns I have been at Neeta's at all different times of day, and have been invited to join day trips, and can honestly say I have never seen her shout at a child. I'm in awe of her seemingly endless supply of patience and resources, enthusiastically finding yet another activity when children are staying later when I know she received the first child in before 8am. She is also knowledgeable and supportive of other childcare in the area, encouraging us to look at nursery when our daughter became eligible for free places so that our daughter could experience a different environment closer to what she would have at school. We continue to use a mix of nursery and Neeta for our childcare as we would like to maintain that link for our daughter. Neeta is an endless supply of good ideas and suggestions for all stages that we have been through with our daughter, and we can't imagine how we would have managed without her. She is now a very much much loved part of our family.
